BILL WHEELER & THE LIES ABOUT HIS QUALIFICATIONS

This is what Bill Wheeler says about himself on his website

Rhuddlwm Gawr is an authority on ancient Celtic mystery religions; including Welsh Traditions of Paganism, Witchcraft and Druidism. He has an AA degree in Electronics from Capital Engineering Institute, Washington, DC; he has a BLA degree from the University of Georgia in Environmental Design with a minor in Ecology; and he has a DD (Doctor of Divinity) degree from Bangor Institute. He is also a Certified Mediator in the State of Georgia.

This extract is from an email from the Yahoo 'Rhuddlwm' group, a group of like minded individuals sick of the lies of Wheeler, who are all individually researching Wheeler and his lies. I have the following information regards Bill Wheeler, His Qualifications and the Bangor Institute - they all appear false, well apart from his Landscape gardening qualifications, he his not a Doctor of Divinity; He does not have a PhD in Psychology. He may claim these qualifications come from the Bangor Institute in Georgia but no such place exists, the only place of learning in the World with the name Bangor is the University of Bangor in North Wales, I am as sure, as hell, this is not the establishment Wheeler is talking about from which he received his Doctor of Divinities .

The Bangor Institute is a fictitious organization selling doctorates and degrees, if you go to its page www.tylwythteg.com/bangor.html, you will see that you can obtain the following

Bachelor Degree - a student may be admitted as a prospective candidate for a Bachelors degree upon completion of the first two years of a B.A. Program or equivalent, or completion of 100 quarter hours.

Masters Degree - A student may be admitted as a prospective candidate upon recommendation of the Dean of the College, the completion of 135 quarter units of a B.A. program, completion of a B.A. program, or equivalent.

D.D or Ph. D. Degree - A student may be admitted as a prospective candidate upon recommendation of the Dean of the College and completion of a M.A. program or equivalent.

Clergy Cerificate - a student may earn a clergy cerificate by completing a course of study as directed by the Dean of the College

This means that for 25 hours work and the appropriate fee, a student can obtain a Bachelors Degree, for 31 ¼ hours you can have a Masters Degree and, if Bill really likes you, you can have a Clergy Certificate. Obviously money will be changing hands, but you don't have to worry about being late for class - there isn't a building the classes are all in Bills head.

PROOF THAT THE BANGOR INSTITUTE DOES NOT EXIST

An additional comment regarding the Bangor Institute, from 'westernhombre'

We have investigated the subject and his website. This is still ongoing so my comments will be limited. However, I will comment on one phase which is now completed.

Several years ago, a former student came to us with several concerns. Before relocating to a different part of the country, we received a file with documents suggesting the subject likely fabricated his academic credentials, specifically the Doctor of Divinity which was granted by the Bangor Institute which he claimed to be a center for graduate studies. We understand why the subject did this but I will not comment on those findings here.

The key issue we are citing in our initial report is that there were several advanced degrees conferred to the subject from the Bangor
Institute. Bangor is described in detail on the subject's website as offering graduate level degrees. Further, in the subjects bio, also on his website, he claims to have received a Doctor of Divinity from the Bangor Institute. Unless he will later claim he received his DD from a different Bangor Institute, one has to assume he is referring to the Bangor Institute described on his website. In the subjects file, we found several advanced degrees conferred to the subject and signed by members of the Bangor Institute faculty along with a stack of additional blank certificates. These certificates were printed on common stock which one could find at any office supply store.

The problem is that the Bangor Institute as described on the subjects website has never existed, has had no faculty other than perhaps the subject, and is not recognized as an academic facility in the state of Georgia. Therefore, there could not have been a legitimate degree awarded to the subject from the Bangor Institute meaning the subject's claim of having been awarded a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Bangor Institute is a deliberate fabrication intended to inflate the academic credentials of the subject beyond what he actually achieved.

Our investigation has shown that the subject does have a BLA, Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia,
but not a DD from the Bangor Institute as claimed.

This finding is relatively minor with regard to the other aspects of our investigation. However, it does speak to credibility, honesty, and integrity and therefore relates to many of the issues you have raised in your discussions. Why would someone go to all the trouble to invent an academic center for graduate studies and award themselves a doctorate unless they wanted to intentionally make themselves appear to be greater than they actually were. Delusions of grandeur at its finest.

Incidentally, if you have concerns about legal matters on the part of the subject, don't. We certainly aren't concerned, especially since our findings are fully documented and are being submitted to local authorities for further investigation for possible criminal activity as we believe these statements on the subjects website are in violation of the state law. The subject doesn't have the resources necessary to sustain any sort of prolonged legal action.

BILL WHEELERS RESIGNATION FROM THE CHURCH OF Y TYLYTH TEG

This statement was taken from the Church of Y Tylwyth Tegs website http://www.ytylwythteg.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14&Itemid=44 To show that Wheeler resigned yet he insists on still associating himself with the group by using the website address www.tylwythteg.com . It shows that Wheeler couldn't even be bothered to attend the hearing held by the board of directors
Rhuddlwm Gawr's (retired) statement to the Church of YTT Board of Directors.

THIS IS MY STATEMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF Y TYLWYTH TEG, INC.
TO BE READ AT THE BOARD MEETING BEING HELDON SUNDAY NOVEMBER 14, 2004

Since nothing would be gained by my appearance at your meeting, I am submitting this statement in lieu of my appearance.

The Dynion Mwyn web page is mine, paid for by me (when it cost) and all references made to YTT are in a purely informational basis. There was never a directive from the Church establishing a web page. Any text contained on the web page was authored by me or donated. I told you I would help you set up your web page and allow you to use any material you so wished. That still goes.

The [YTT] Web Page was established by me personally as an aid to the Church. When it became apparent to me that you as CEO objected to any association with my efforts, I immediately began changing the name

The Church of Dynion Mwyn Web Page. As far as my efforts to build a web page, they may be juvenile. Your new web page looks very professional, I applaud you for your efforts.

Lessons. Since I authored the majority of the Lessons, I will also cede them to The Church of Y Tylwyth Teg, Inc. I will use the contents of My Copyrighted books to prepare others, footnoting where the lessons came from.

I give The Church of Y Tylwyth Teg, Inc. permission to use my books in its teaching system as long as it gives me credit. Since you edited The Word, you should also be given some credit.

Yahoo Groups. There was never a directive from the church establishing the YTT Yahoo Groups. This was my personal effort. I will be changing the name of all state groups to DM and removing any reference to Y Tylwyth Teg except in a historical aspect.

Publically, if we are going to part on good terms, I will state that I am no longer associated with the Church of Y Tylwyth Teg, Inc. [but as founder of Y Tylwyth Teg tradition I still practice it]. I will also remove any Y Tylwyth Teg references except the history which I am revising to include your ascension to power. I will never publically say anything detrimental about you or YTT since I am part of the tradition, except to answer any charges or demands you may make.

If you find anything on the Dynion Mwyn Web Page which refers to Y Tylwyth Teg as if it was officially speaking for the tradition, please notify me.

Association of Cymry Wiccae. You may make any demands you wish. I will answer them.

Since I am now an honorable elder of the corporation, also know that I am a ninth level elder of Y Tylwyth Teg tradition. You are a seventh level. You or I can never retire from the tradition. Just as a Baptist minister cannot retire from the Baptist denomination.

As far as the rest, do what you wish. They no longer involve me. The Bylaws I would have signed would not have protected me from any liabilities, since I would have still been a director of the church.

I wish all members of The Church of Y Tylwyth Teg, Inc. well with your church. May the Gods protect you.

Rhuddlwm Gawr/William B Wheeler, III

So much for Wheeler keeping to his word, his Dynion Mwyn groups are supposed to be separate from YTT and the church of YTT, yet to muddy the waters further, Bill confuses the general reader by still claiming that he has a part to play within YTT

On the webpage www.tylwythteg.com/history.html you can find the following contact point
Or, you can write to Rachel at: YTT, P.O. Box 672125, Marietta, GA 30006-0036

Which you will see is the same address as the association of Cymru Wicca
Or, you can write to us at: ACW, P.O. Box 672125, Marietta, GA 30006-0006

Which is the same address for Dynion Mwyn
Or, you can write to Laura at: Dynion Mwyn, P.O. Box 672125, Marietta, GA 30006-0036

Which is the same address for the Bangor Insitute
Admissions office, Bangor Institute, P.O. Box 672125, Marietta, Georgia 30006

This is how he confuses people, hides under a blanket of invisibility by using so many names for different organizations, when in fact all of it Dynion Mwyn, ACW: YTT; Bangor Insitiute is all Bill Wheeler - it's a con & it's a way to get money for teachings from different organizations but its all one person - Bill Wheeler
