This website has been set up to counteract the plagiarism, cat calling and general disorder created, mainly in America, in the name of Welsh witchcraft by its instigator Bill Wheeler AKA Rhuddlwm Gawr (the big red one)

Many Welsh witches have felt that enough is enough of his plagiarism, slander and general nastiness towards individuals, who are proud to be Welsh witches and are out in the open about their craft and hidden slurs towards people carrying on their craft in privacy.

We aim to out William Wheeler (Rhuddlwm Gawr) as a fraudster, a charlatan, a liar and the worst kind of individual in the terms of the old religion, that is someone who is willing to sell teachings and initiations to others at a price so he can line his own pockets; and to tell lies and slander the good names of people both living and dead in pursuance of keeping his 'Golden Goose' of an organisation going.

Bill Wheeler likes to think he has a history of complaining to the FBI, Special Branch in the UK etc. about attacks on his church, no such attacks have ever occurred & I am sure he would not waste Police time, but there again, people in paranoid states of mind do the strangest of things. Sadly He lives in a post 9/11 apocalyptic paranoia. He thinks that people like myself are out to kill members of his church, so he slanders me and accuses me of all types of crimes from sexual abuse to satanic worship. No doubt when this get published around the anniversary of Ioans Einion's death in 2003 he will get the FBI to check it out, he need not bother, I am not hiding anything

THE TERRIBLE HACKING LIES AND THE SCANDALOUS "JANET PARTIN" MYTH

In 1999, Bill Wheeler published a tale of terror on his website, written by a "Lady Sarah of Cymru", we hear of tales of hacking into Dynion Mwyn's websites, death threats and eventually murder. Both Ioan Einion and I were named as being part of this conspiracy, known as Lord Delusion, and we were accused threatening the very existence of Dynion Mwyn as well as making death threats. Merseyside Police, Scotland Yard and the FBI were all, purportedly, investigating both Ioan and I, yet nobody bothered to turn up on my doorstep to question me about these allegations despite the fact that Bill Wheeler had my home address to hand and later published it on his website, SO THE FBI WERE THAT CONCERNED EH?

Yet Ioan and I were slandered, accused and found guilty of this crime.

But better was to come. An alleged person calling themselves Lord Delusion then sent an email to Lady Janet Partin that contained something horrible, a spell or something - Bill is a little vague on this matter and 'Poor old Lady Janet' suffered a massive heart attack and died . THEN IOAN AND I GET ACCUSED OF HER "MURDER."

All shocking stuff eh? but a pack of lies, from the Hacking episode to Lord Delusion and the death of Janet Partin. If you read the following email I have in my possession, you will hear the truth; (THIS PERSONS IDENTITY IS BEING KEPT HIDDEN FOR FEAR OF VIOLENCE FROM BILL WHEELER - SOMETHING HE HAS DISPLAYED IN THE PAST.)

"One thing I want you to know, without a second of doubt ... Janet Partin is not, was not, never was a real person. When the alleged hacking thing happened, what 4 years ago by now (?), Bill had to figure a way to eliminate the spotlight on him. So, one day while sitting at the computer email bantering with whoever it was in the UK, Bill created Janet Partin. Quite at the snap of fingers, or the breathing a breath, or the wandering of thoughts, poof - Janet existed. Now that Bill had created her, she had to have some kind of a life -- and so the sci-fi story began. It wasn't too long before dear old Janet had to vanish because, again, the "heat" of the UK situation had become too great. The only way to diminish the focus on the "hacker" was to create a new drama. So, dear Janet had to die. And die she did -- even as easily and quickly as she appeared, poof - Janet was gone.

Now Bill created a new scenario surrounding "Janet's death." Sensational, wasn't it????? But it resulted in the effect Bill wanted -- the "hacker" mess subsided and eventually was forgotten. He didn't have to "take any action" because everyone was now focused on dear old Janet's untimely 'death' due to threats from the UK. Now, correct me, but how can an imaginary thing be threatened from thousands of miles away to a sufficient degree to cause death - when life had never occurred? I'm still stumped by that one!

Bill went so far as to create a candle light vigil for his Janet. People sent lots of emails expressing condolence to Bill. With every new turn of this sorted tail, my jaw dropped. I told Bill he better tell the truth. But he was in way too deep to admit that Janet Partin was all a fabricated lie - a sci-fi hoax. So, to end the saga, he gave her an obituary. When someone emailed for details a number of months later, Bill told the person to contact the newspaper. The person did and emailed back that the newspaper knew nothing of a Janet Partin and had never printed an obituary. When the person asked for more information -- Bill ignored it. Finally, the person quit asking, and that scenario went away as well."

How sick is all this, not only does he create a fictitious person to purposely kill off to slander myself and Ioan Einion, accuse us both of murder etc, PLUS ON HIS WITCHWAR PAGE HE HAS A DONATIONS BOX WHERE CONCERNED PEOPLE CAN SEND MONEY FOR BILL TO FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT - WHEN IN FACT THERE WAS NO GOOD FIGHT TO FIGHT!!!!

Why does he tell lies and make wild allegations about people like myself, dead people like Ioan Eionion , sprites and things that go bump in the dark. Its for one reason, he is scared , scared that his organisation is falling, people are not paying him for his teaching courses or buying his self published ramblings in his books, so he is running scared and running to the authorities. No one has heard terrible things about me I have always maintained a dignity within the Pagan community and have always been well liked and well respected within the UK Pagan community, wether it be in my role as High Priestess of the Craft or as editor of The Deosil Dance, a Pagan magazine that was in existence between 1986 and 1994

and a Stuart a'Herne (may or may not be his real name).
Stuart was Ioan Einions lovers name he is a real person) -

Keith wrote a few pamphlets back in the 80's and purportedly was from Wales.
My books have sold over a million copies are some of the world bestsellers on witchcraft and are available from Mandrake Press Oxon Bill actually liked my books and wanted the American rights to publish them, which I declined. Rhuddlwm and Cerridwen met him in 1990 while in Wales. Rhuddlwm gave Keith copies of "The Quest" and "The Way."
Copies were sent before Bill's "royal" visit for us to analyse and dissect

He wrote a letter soon after the visit applauding the books and telling us that his then High Priestess had read the books and was very excited about meeting us.
A polite letter was written thanking him for the books, because Ioan and myself were polite people. The letter was then dissected and placed on Wheeler's website to appear to be from a later date about a totally different subject - I never lived at Llitfaen beyond 1992!

I am a polite person but would never say He was very nice at the time, but later underwent a sex change operation (he/she is now Kimberly) and began attacking Rhuddlwm and Cerridwen as fakes and charlatans.
Not only is this incorrect, Rhuddlwm Gawr is not a polite person but a manipulating bully who seeks to make financial gain out of other peoples faith. Nothing was ever said about Vicky /Ceridwenn as she was a quiet person who seemed rather overawed by Bill Wheeler, in fact in a later letter to me she states

" As I look back now, it is hard to believe I was so gullible. My parents taught me to see the best in everyone - guess that's what I did. However, after the trip to Wales, I was very unhappy and disillusioned. But I was also pregnant and thought I was not looking at things clearly due to the rapidly changing hormones. Well, the disillusionment never subsided, I just kept it quiet and to myself as I watched, listened and slowly began to distance myself. I began asking questions, which received no logical answers. And that's the way things have gone for a decade plus."

I presume it was hormones?
As to the effect of hormones - does Rhuddlwm Gawr know something that my doctor doesn't? As somebody who is suffering from CAH which I have and therefore have to take HRT. IF those same female hormones makes me come across as some maniac then this is what he thinks of every woman in the world, we all have female hormones in us if we are female - so according to "Dr" Wheeler we are all raving mad!

This happened right after he/she and another Welsh Pretender Witch (Stuart) put up their own Welsh Witchcraft page.
Stuart A'Hearn is not a Welsh pretender, Stuart A' Hearne was Ioan Eionion's boyfriend and a Welshman by birth and a Pagan by Faith. As well as being an initiated member of the Gwyddon. He is not a figment of Rhuddlwm Gawrs imagination, he is a real person - who is very upset by the lies put out by Rhuddlwm Gawr. According to Bill Wheeler, the more Welsh traditions the better, the more Welsh witchcraft gets a focus, the happier he is; apart, that is, from when it is from people who know what they are talking about and live in Wales, are Welsh and understand the spirit of the land and the people.

I guess they just didn't want the competition.
Competition! what competition ?- we have been happily doing our own separate things here in Wales for the last 20 years or so, we don't seek initiates, we don't sell teachings and courses and we don't deal with fools lightly

Both of these individuals are alleged to have been involved in sexual abuse, theft of intellectual property, slander, defamation, and other things.
None of the above is true from Gawr and all these allegations are out of his sick mind there is nothing in this of any proof because none of it is real. If I were investigated by the FBI and Special Branch nothing ever came of it because there is no substances to Bill Wheeler's allegations. I have no crimminal record of any kind and I never have, where he got such ideas isfrom his sick fertile imagination.

It is rumoured that Keith has been a thorn in the side of all ethical pagans for years with an ego that just won't be humble.
I am very well respected by all Pagans of all traditions throughout the UK and most of my friends are Pagan and are all supportive of my projects and always have been supportive. People here in the UK and throughout the world believe in me, I have credibility, background and, most of all, I have peoples trust and I will never ever ever misuse that trust, unlike Bill Wheeler did to the members of his group. (read Hacking & the Janet Partin Scam later in this essay) This also something he accused

This may be one reason he changed genders, so he wouldn't have to face his accusers.
Have I really changed genders? Was Keith but a Magickal persona hiding and protecting the real person, me Kimberley Morgan? Once again Rhuddlwm Gawr shows he knows nothing of Magick, shape-shifting and Magickal evocation - he shows even less knowledge of gender, changing gender and what that would entail - but there again he never did see me naked so really has no idea as to what I kept in my underwear drawer!!!! What Bill Wheeler has no knowledge or understanding of is my medical history and that is nothing whatsoever to do with him, he just wouldn't understand anyway!

But the following letter was received from Keith back in the early 90s. He had over two years to reflect on Dynion Mwyn (formerly known as Y Tylwyth Teg) and its validity.
I have had a further 15 years to reflect and still think Dynion Mwyn is a scam, a vehicle for Bill Wheeler to make money from gullible people. It's a shame he is doing it in the name of Welsh Witchcraft - he is no more Welsh than Hank Hill - but just as much a redneck

Keith is not known for his grammar so you will have to read it as though he didn't have a great education.
All of my books are renowned for coming across as if I am talking to you as a person, someone once said of my books its like you have the bardic tradition of speech down on the page - for this I am proud. Perhaps my education is not up to much, I was more interested in Magick in my teen years than anything my grammar school had to offer. SLANDER AGAINST WELSH WITCHES

This all started just prior to the summer of 1990 when the journey to North Wales by Rhuddlwm Gawr (aka Bill Wheeler) He sent a selection of his pamphlets, that had been published in the 70's, to Myself and Ioan Einion who at that time lived in Wales, two villages apart, Myself in Lillian, Ioan in Trefor.

Both Ioan and myself were more than amused at the gaffes that were so eminently present in one of the publications, "The Quest" I believe it was called, where Gawr stated that Wales was a small peninsular of the coast of England - to whit he meant Cornwall - not Wales. Wales is an independent country on the west coast of the British Isles. The Book was also full of glaring errors, including that he (Bill) lived in Dolwyddelan castle in the late 60's and 70's along with a traditional witch family of which he was initiated (since these glaring errors were pointed out and embarrassed Bill, he subsequently changed the second edition of the Quest and Omitted the Geographical errors regards Wales

He arrived on Sunday the 19th at Keith's cottage in Llitfaen along with Ioan and Alys Einion and a whole gathering of the Pagan Council of Elders, of which I was a member all there to determine who this so called traditional Welsh witch was.

Both Ioan and myself tried to talk to him in Welsh, to which he freely admitted that he could not speak one word of.

In his huge diatribe of what he did on his big holiday in Wales he mentions Beltane books in Pwllheli (http://www.tylwythteg.com/WALESTRIP/day069.html), Bill never did mention that that this bookshop was owned by myself wasn't even a bookshop at the time, opened at Samhain 1994 and Closed at Beltane 1995, at the time and we never ever asked him to mention our bookshop in any manner - we would dread it to think that people might associate us with Dynion Mwyn in a positive manner, we are here to point out that Bill Wheeler and his claims has nothing to do with Welsh witchcraft.

The next day Rhuddlwm asked us to take him to sacred sites around Wales in particularly the ruined castles so he could get an idea of where his Welsh witch education came from in the 70's. We took him around and around and around and he could not find this castle owned by his hereditary family - that is until we got to Dolwyddelan castle.

That's it…that's it…he shouted to Vicky (Ceridwenn), that's where I was brought up. That's where my traditional Welsh witch family who adopted me lived. Before we go any further check out http://www.castlewales.com/dolw.html for a full history of Dolwyddelan Castle. It is uninhabitable - the last renovation was in 1870's and looks nothing like the castle in Gawr's book 'The Way!' published in 1972 ,more lies.

But then after finding out that it was a Cadw owned property he got confused and had me drive a further 100 miles around Wales from Pwllheli in the South to Rhuthin in the North, he then said his castle was Dolbadarn, to which we went, but was obvious no one was living there

After a meal in a little Chef, he and Vicky went back to their Bed and Breakfast (somewhere near Betws Y Coed) no doubt with bill feeling as though he had failed to find his tribal homeland and that the inhabitants of that homeland were less than friendly, but never discourteous, because we could see through the bluff.

But there again Bill Wheeler was well used to lying, three days after he left us (but was still in the UK ) I had a letter from a" Sarah", who claimed to live in Betws Y Coed and also claimed that she was a traditional Welsh witch. She wrote that she was appalled because we did not treat "Lord Gawr as a home coming "King" with his "Queen". Not only did this letter cause much amusement, but when I visited Betws to find out where Sarah Pugh lived, no such place existed. I went to the local post office ( fount of all knowledge in Wales y'know) they said no such place existed in the area. I also checked the electoral role they were right no one of that name existed nor did the address. Was this more of Bill Wheeler's 'bullshit' for not being hailed our" all returning king" - a modern day incarnation of Owain Glyndwr?

THE LIES OF BILL WHEELER (RHUDDLWM GAWR)

Bill was at home making likes about me as a person, to a colleague he refers to me as a liar (taken from his web site)

"...If these people are your friends, you are in bad company or they have been taken in by an ... individual named Keith. Keith was well known in the old days as a ... liar .... I don't think a lot has changed."

Whilst in the same article on his website proudly boasts

Rhuddlwm has never slandered anyone.

When Gawr was made aware of Ioans Death, he at first said it was nonsense and it was a fake death and was for Ioan to get out of all the trouble has caused, just like me "changing gender". Claims of which he has taken from his website for being seen to being the homophonic bigot that he really is, bit is interesting to note he has never put Ioans name in the role call of Dead Wiccans, especially dead Wiccans.

In other pages removed from Dynion Mwyn website he has claimed that Ioan and myself were part of some Black Witchcraft Plot to Kill a leading Light of YTT Janet Partin and in fact the FBI CIA and Liverpool police were after us for causing murder by witchcraft - I can tell you now no such thing has ever existed.

He has accused me of Sexual abuse of which no such thing has ever occurred, stealing, again so such thing ever occurred, plagiarism, again no such crimes ever committed by myself, he is just a sad little man who looks for scapegoats when he fears his own little power trip of obtaining money and esteem from other people is failing.

WHY AM I PUTTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT NOW?

You may ask why I am I putting the record straight after nearly 15 years?. Well none of us are getting any younger, my memory is not what is was. Ioan is sadly dead and ,other than Bill Wheeler, I am the only one left alive, who knows all the facts

So as a record to the nastiness of Bill Wheeler aka Rhuddlum Gawr and as a testimony to the way he manipulates facts, this is a historical record of the nastiness of this man towards two people who he could not coercers with a bribe of positions of power with Dynion Mwyn in any way.

For Ioan and myself, our ideals have been kept pure and we have strived together towards them.
I look forward to my next meeting with Ioan in the Summerland's - we have a lot to catch up on.
